Sarah is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Life Coach and a graduate of the 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and certified through the Greater Good Science Centre at the University of California Berkeley.
Sarah teaches both mindful awareness and compassion practices to new and continuing meditators. She also offers individual mentoring and mindfulness coaching.
